Benefits of adding more oils into your skin care routine
If you have been loving the glowing, radiant & healthy skin you have been seeing all over Instagram (I’m obssesed!)… I highly recommend you begin to incorporate an oil into your skin routine.
But if you are hesitant I’d say…
Don’t be afraid of oils!
When it comes to skincare, oils often have a bad reputation for being too heavy or greasy, especially for those with oily or acne-prone skin. I have had so many clients tell me they are afraid it might clog their pores.
However, incorporating oils into your skincare routine can actually be a game changer for a healthier, more radiant complexion.

Natural oils, like jojoba, argan, or rosehip oil, are packed with essential fatty acids that help lock in moisture and prevent dehydration. These oils penetrate deep into the skin, ensuring lasting moisture, especially for dry, sensitive or compromised skin.

How to Use oils
For the best results, apply your oil after cleansing, toning, any serums.. in place of your moisturizer, or it may even be layerd over your moisturizer to lock in hydration and moisture.
I suggest starting with a few drops as the last step in your night time routine.
Massage into the skin with your fingers or use a Gua Sha tool for additional lymphatic Drainage benefits.
If your skin is loving it, you may also use in the morning before your spf.
Use a few drop or a little more for the ultimate glow.
