  • Which membership is right for me?

    We created 3 membership types to satisfy all needs.

    Depending on your skin goals, if you would like to come in more than twice a month, we recommend the Full Moon Membership.

    If you would like to add monthly skin treatment to your wellness regime, we recommend the Crescent Membership.

    If you and your skin love the Hydrafacial results, the Platinum Moon Membership is an amazing steal!

  • Can I pause or cancel my Mmebership?

    We simply ask for a commitment of a minimum of 3 months, and you can cancel any time.

    If you are going away and would like to pause your Membership, you will not be able to re-join for 6 months.

    You may call or text 754-366-2140 with reason of cancellation.

  • How do I book my appointment?

    The best way to book as a member, is to book online through our booking link.

    If this will be your first visit, send us a message on Instagram, or call or text us at 754-366-2140.

  • How far in advance should I book my appointments?

    We recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible.

    Typically, 1-2 weeks.

    However, there are days and times that are busier than others, that require more lead time.

  • What is the Cancellation policy?

    Please contact us with at least 24 hour notice of cancellation.

    Member no Show and Last minute cancellations will lead to a small inconvenience fee of $35.

  • How do i sign up for a Membership?

    Please contact us to book your first appointment, and we will get you registered at your first visit.

  • Will my first Facial be included in the Membership?

    If you sign up for a Membership at the time of your first visit, your first facial will be included within your Membership.
